Do you know if I can exchange formula at the store without a receipt? I bought some purple neuropro enfamil but my son tolerates the yellow neuropro better. So we stopped using the purple. They are unopened some liquid bottles and some refill packs.

Where I live they told us that once it leaves the store they're unable to take them back and resell! Even with the receipt!

You can return it if was target or Walmart.  They can look up proof of purchase with your card:) Other grocery store type places, I’m not sure.  Are you able to use a phone and call where you purchased it?

They won't where i am even if you have a receipt

At my store in the UK you can't return it even with a receipt. No guarantee that its been stored correctly so unsafe to resell it. But maybe different where you are.

Anyone know?
