Hello,

I have been having cramps and pink spotting during my ovulation week for the past three months. Last year I under went a surgery for a hysterectomy as my OBGYN found what seem to be a dangerous cancerous tumor (leiomyosarcoma at the age of 28) they thought it was on my uterus but during the operation, they found the weird fern like tumor growing only on my left ovary so they remove my left ovary and called it good. The tumor is benign.

I set the earliest appointment with my OBGYN which is in September! I am worried as my and my husband have been trying for 7 months now. Could it be ectopic? Could it be a cyst? Anyone have exp with blooding during ovulation and very sharp cramp? Your responses are much appreciated.
