No reason to confirm with a blood test if testing negative.  First response picks up hcg levels between 6-10.  Anything over 5 is considered positive for a blood test, which would also show on FRER.

There is no such thing as a “two week” pregnancy. Do you mean 4 weeks (two weeks after ovulation)? If so, yes s blood test would be positive. But there isn’t any point in a blood test without a positive urine test. At 14 dpo your urine test would be positive if you’d conceived. Is it possible you ovulated later than you think?

Wait until you are late for your predicted period and retest. If you get a positive then you can go get blood work to confirm. But you aren't even late yet and with not tracking ovulation it is very possible that its still early.
