Is this a chemical pregnancy?? :(

Yesterday I had positive tests on different brand tests and a digital, woke up this morning to my period, bright red blood light cramping and back pain. I done another test just and still showing positive. Problem is I’m from the uk and I’m currently abroad on holiday for 2 more weeks so I can’t go to my doctor for blood work.

Am I having a chemical pregnancy?
