Nausea help

I’m about 8 going on 9 weeks pregnant & haven’t had my 1st doc visit yet. I’ve been nauseous & can’t keep anything down. I’m starting to now vomit yellow stuff since there’s nothing else left. Does anyone have any suggestions to help with the nausea/vomiting? Thanks
