I can't tell when I ovulated?

I think FF might be wrong. I didn't use opks because this month I'm not trying, so no I only used bbt. Next month I'll use opks. I usually O around CD 15 or so, give or take a day but this month I drank the pink stork fertility tea that's always been good at delaying my O date by a few days.

I think I Ovulated on CD 19 coupled with cramps I felt a few days before, I always get cramps a few days before I O, mixed with ewcm around CD 16-19.

What do you guys think??
