Is it worth hiring a wedding planner for a 100-person wedding?

If I were to get married again, I'd just get a day of coordinator. I planned it well by myself but the execution was hard to do all myself.

Depends - I had about 110 guests and got a day of coordinator- I found that super helpful and they do provide some guidance along the way ~ it was about $700

Accidentally hit yes. 
We had a little over 100. I planned it all myself. I printed out  timeline sheet I found on google or the knot and just followed it for planning. Made life super easy. It had a list of things to do each month and each month I’d only focus on those tasks. Made planning go very smoothly and we saved money not hiring someone to handle.

I'm from the UK, but we hired a company to do all the decorations etc and our hotel had a team to manage bits and bobs

Our venue came with one, which was super helpful because we were out of state. She (and my mom) helped with a ton of the small details & she did all the decorating.
