COVID IN BABIES

m

Anyone’s baby get covid? If so, what were the symptoms? It’s hard to tell because we haven’t gotten baby tested or done at home test. A baby in their daycare is positive.

Since starting daycare in august our baby has had runny nose off and on and been congested. Because our baby has had congestion since starting daycare it’s hard to know if it could be covid or just regular daycare blah.

My youngest got covid when he was around 14 months old. For him, it was like a bad cold with a fever around 101. He slept a lot during the week he was sick, but bounced back pretty quickly.

Hi! My SO, 8mo (at the time) and I got it in June. Our pediatrician said to treat symptoms. We suspect he had it as he had all the big symptoms- fever (that was terrifying), fussy, congestion, cough, fatigue… it was quite a week but we made it through without a hospital visit. Try baby Tylenol, if your LO gets a fever a cold washcloth help. Good luck!
