Hi everyone, I just found out this week I'm expecting baby #2!  I had an obvious positive test since about 12 DPO for sure but the lines, although light pink and progressing had not reached that dark pink you are eager to see! They are just starting to be darker now, at 20DPO. With my first pregnancy, it was dark pink when I found out at 12 DPO, and it was a girl. Someone told me that when HCG levels aren't as high and take longer to darken on tests, it is more likely to be a boy. Now my mind is swayed in that direction. Is there truth to this?? Anyone have low levels starting off but it was a girl?? Just curious!
