Brie cheese 🧀

Can anyone explain what Brie cheese taste like? I’m very picky with cheese, I love mozzarella because it doesn’t have a strong flavor. But I’ve seen a lot of good looking recipes with Brie cheese and was wondering if it’s worth buying just to try it.

The only cheeses I can handle are:

Mozzarella

Cream cheese

Pepper jack

Queso panela

Queso fresco

And some cheddar cheese lol
