Why are shoes so expensive?

Is it me, or are toddler shoes too expensive?  I feel like my daughter grows so fast!  Any recommendations on where to get affordable ones?  I prefer shopping online when possible. Thanks!

Omg I was literally saying this to my husband today. Why are toddler shoes almost just as expensive as adult shoes?? I was looking at some Nikes for my son and they were like $40, and some Hey dudes that were $50...when they're going to grow out of them in 2 months. This is why I get his from Walmart and Target for now lol

I get my kids sneakers from Target when they’re on sale. I get their Crocs when they’re on sale too. Crocs are definitely expensive but they’re my kids’ preferred shoes and they get a lot of mileage, and usually last nearly a year, sometimes longer if I overestimate their feet and accidentally size up lol

We usually find shoes for my almost 4 year old son at Nordstrom’s rack, tjmaxx, Marshall’s, sierra, sometimes Burlington. But our best deals usually are from Outlet stores. We always come out with a big haul from Adidas for shoes and Columbia for winter gear.

But then from cheap places like Walmart or a local discount store don’t pay a lot for her shoes if in a month she’s out grown them and you’re having to buy another expensive pair just to have to do it all over again in a month or so

I made the mistake of buying my daughter like a $50 pair of shoes that she only wore for like a month or so because of her feet growing and I decided never again because that is super expensive for shoes that she’ll easily grow out of soon￼

Ive been getting alot of shoes crom nike.com... i go on when they have a sale and have gotten shoes for as low as 15 dollars. If youre a student they give you 10% off.

I always buy them on discount next sizes up. Mostly Adidas and other branded school shoes.

Carter's has good sales, and so does Justice, & Children's Place, & Gymboree also has great clearance prices! :)
