Newborn sleeping too much?

Question

This is my third kiddo. She's 4 days old. I'm concerned because today she has literally slept all day. I wake her up every 2 hours to nurse and change her diaper, but she literally passes back out. Previously, she had been more of a regular newborn, sleeping MOST of the day and cluster feeding at night. 
She doesn't appear jaundiced and she's having enough wet and dirty diapers. No fever. At what point do I get concerned?

My daughter slept easily 18-20 hours a day for the first few weeks. 
She’s a healthy 1 year old now.

That's normal. She's only been in the world for a few days. Newborns are exhausted themselves and they do just sleep.

My daughter was the same way. It would be so hard to even wake her up enough to feed. Completely different from my son. When she was around 2 months she stopped being so sleepy and is now wide awake and hates napping during the day but thankfully sleeps decently at night for her age. As long as your LO is having enough wet and dirty diapers and as you said, no signs of jaundice then I wouldn't worry. Enjoy it! Likely a growth spurt.
