Stomach/Lower abdomen cramps

So I’ve had stomach or lower abdomen cramps for the last week. They come and go but they’re super annoying and honestly really uncomfortable. It’s like an achy feeling. Almost like a headache but in the abdomen lol.

I have no sharp pains, no pain when pressure applied, and my appetite is normal. No bloating either. I had some soft stool earlier in the week so maybe just a gastro irritation? Anyone ever experience this? Should I be worried?
