Gray baby stool

My 3 month old has been having issues with spitting up, her doctor suggested changing formula after multiple I tired didn’t work. She is now on gerber soothe pro. Around day 3-4 of this formula her poop was gray. Any input? I plan on calling her doctors in the morning
