Microgynon pill

Anyone have any experience on the pill I started the pill last year I was only on it for about 3 months then came off it, it took 6 months for my period to return then i missed February and then I have now not had a period since the 9th June so almost 2 months I don’t know what’s going on I’m plus size girl so I don’t know if it’s weight or the pill that’s effected me as I had a period very month before hand I’m also trying to Conceive I just feel useless
