Spotting at 5 weeks

I’m in my 5th week and have started cramping and light brown spotting. I’ve never had a miscarriage before and I’m really freaking out. Two more days before I see my doctor to confirm pregnancy via blood test. IM praying it’s not chemical 🥺 Any of you ladies experienced the same and how much spotting and ended with healthy baby? I’m 43yrs old and been trying naturally for some time now.

Here is my line progression from 13dpo. 18dpo test today showed solid line but been spotting on and off for 2 days now.
