Brown Discharge-Almost 8 weeks

Hi ladies!

I am currently 7w5d and have been having off & on brown spotting with mild cramping. A had this a bit a few weeks ago and had an early scan at 6 weeks which confirmed a heartbeat. I am also taking progesterone suppositories every night.

I am just getting very nervous that I am miscarrying. I have another US in 3 days but am worried if that is too long to wait. Any input is greatly appreciated!
