my baby(5 months) typically poops once a day sometimes every other day as he’s EBF. gaining weight great(he’s 25 lbs at 5 months loll) peeing as usual if not more than normal. but i’ve noticed the last few days he’s pooped at least 4 times a day and it’s been pretty much diarrhea and today he’s been incredibly sleepy. we’re on our second nap and it’s only 1 pm! he woke up at 8:30, got changed and had some milk. played for 2 hours before he started to get fussy so i fed him again and he fell asleep while eating at 10:15, short nap, around 11 he woke up and got changed had some milk, played and did tummy time and he fell asleep all on his own on his play mat which he never has done before! so with the combination of diarrhea and extra sleepiness should i be worried or is he okay since he’s not seeming dehydrated or having any other symptoms? he has his 6 month check up next week i believe but i was worried i shouldn’t reschedule for earlier?? lmk what you think!
