What are your thoughts about delivery photography?

We had a photographer and it was literally the best experience. I’ll do the same with my second. I cherish the beauty of the photos!!!

My mom took some pictures of me when I was in labor with my son, and I was like do not show these to anyone ever 🤣🤣 just a bunch of pictures of me in horrible pain all bloated up from it being so hot 🤣

My other half filmed for me the birth of my son but from the side as I wanted it for my mum and also for me and its lovely to watch back - I dunno if I would want head on photos 😂

Absolutely worth it. I didn’t with my first but my second I did and I’m so glad. Those initial moments of meeting your baby for the first time are priceless. Even if you don’t have a professional photographer, have your doula or other support person snap a few pics.

I wouldn't mind it. Couldn't have anything with my last delivery cause I had him July 2020 so covid was in full swing and we could only have my husband there and that was it. And we couldnt leave the room any. This time, although delivery photography would be awesome I think, we are just gonna do the same thing and it only be us two in the room again. It was peaceful

I left my mom in charge of pictures of my 1st delivery and she wide angled the camera and accidentally got pictures of the umbilical cord coming out of my vagina 😂 the pictures were taken with a disposable camera🤦‍♀️ so I was super surprised when I got them developed. I love all my pictures of my fresh babies

My nurse during my second delivery offered to take my phone and take pictures and she got some great photos and did a great job with the right angles.
