Anyone else experiencing headaches on a daily basis and nothing seems to help to get rid of them?? Also if u have any tips on getting rid of them PLEASE let me know I’m miserable I’ll be 12 weeks on Wednesday

Ugh yes. Tylenol and an ice pack didn’t do a thing. I’ve found that Tylenol with a little bit of caffeine (small glass) has helped.

Are you drinking 64- 72oz of water a day? Also taking your prenatal. Babies literally take everything from you. You also have a lot more blood pumping through your body. Lower your sodium intake. I gave myself a debilitating migraine yesterday from my pickle eating. Ice pack on the forehead/eyes and a heated rice pack on the back of the neck.

Tylenol with Benadryl and an ice pack. It’s the only thing that has taken my pregnancy headaches away. Hope they stop for you soon. You can also talk to your doctor about taking a magnesium oxide supplement.

Try 1. Balancing your blood sugar with every meal and snack. 20 g of protein AT LEAST per meal with a fat and a carb and fiber

I had debilitating headaches with my first two pregnancies all the way through. Been working on these two things for about a year now and I have had maybe two headaches in my 12 weeks of pregnancy the third time around which is INSANE for me. I’ve had headaches my whole life.

Even before pregnancy Id get constant headaches, sometimes if sleep, water, or a bit of caffeine doesn’t help, I get an ice pack and put to the back of my neck. Usually that helps but I’m not a fan of cold neck 😅

I have a face roller that I can put in the freezer and that works wonders. Coffee (2 cups max). Tylenol. Massage ( with approval of your doc)

I get them too. Always have when I’ve been pregnant. And Tylenol doesn’t help at all. Sometimes caffeine does, but also a nap helps, if I’m in a position to be able to take one.
