5 weeks..bleeding..:(

I am 5+2 and had no symptoms so far until last night suddenly had period like cramps...not super painful but uncomfortable constant cramping that made me want to curl up with a blanket and whine haha. Just like I feel right before my period starts or during. I did not experience period like cramps like this my last pregnancy, so this made me really nervous. This went on for about 2 hours, and then I noticed while wiping light pink spotting on the toilet paper. I got my BFP over a week ago and have been testing sometimes to see progression, my FRER test looked very solid pink yesterday (22 DPO). I was confident then..but not now.

Update - the cramps went away but when I went to pee in the night there was red blood when wiping, not heavy but kind of just like when my period starts. Same thing this morning when I got up. Only one tiny spot on the pad but with what I'm wiping.. I think I'm out. :( 

Would this be considered a chemical pregnancy since I had positive tests for the last week?  Will this just be like a normal period or will something pass.. or is it too early for that? If I take a test, I assume levels would still be high and it'd show positive right? I don't know what to do...please help.
