Drying up??

Question

I’m afraid my milk supply is drying up and I’m not totally sure why bc I’m still nursing quite a bit, even at night. 
Any recommendations for how to increase supply?

oatmeal. Mother’s milk, armor drinks, pump or feed baby more often, on demand feeding is best but if they don’t eat much pump and pump it keeps you supply up, beer works (Ik) wait an hour if you try this one you don’t have to pump and dump,alcohol leaves milk like it would your blood naturally and you don’t need a bunch and it’s usually a very low percentage so leave pretty quickly. Can pump and dump if you like tho.

Drinking beer is an old wives tale. Studied actually show that alcohol can inhibit milk supply and letdown.
