Preterm labor signs?

I’m only 35+6 as of tomorrow but I’m laying in bed having what feels like intense menstrual cramps that are coming and going. This didn’t happen with my other 2 pregnancies so I’m feeling a little nervous. Could it just be some preterm labor symptoms? It’s too early!

If rest and water doesn’t calm it down, def call and get checked out. My OB said any bleeding, 6 contractions in an hour, or constant cramping despite water/rest need to get evaluated for preterm labor  (I’m high risk).

If they are not stopping and continue even when you are resting you should at least call. I was in extreme denial about not being in labor at 36 weeks and then it was too late so by the time I got to the hospital at 5:40am he was born at 6:05am. I always blame myself for not going in when they first started to get them to stop.
