Diaper Rash

We’ve miraculously gone 18 months without ever having to deal with diaper rash, but suddenly my daughter has a BAD one. She uses the potty pretty well so for the past 3 days we’ve just left her bare bottomed (except for nap and bed) and I’ve been very careful to just dab her with wet toilet paper or a soft cloth, or rinsing her with the bidet hose after she goes potty. The rash between her buttocks seems to have dried up a bit and is almost scabbed over and seems much less painful, but her labia now have two shiny, raw patches.

I’ve also just noticed that one of her butt cheeks (on the outside, not between) seems to have some light pink, raised bumps popping up. Not sure if this is related?

Does anyone have any tips?
