Struggling with milk supply

Hi my babygirl is almost 6 weeks old now. I’ve been so determined to EBF however I’m struggling to produce enough milk. I’ve been pumping like crazy and even started eating some lactation cookies that seem to have increased my milk slightly. I drink lots of water too. Typically I can only pump .5-1oz total from both breasts but I have to “power pump” on and off for about an hour to collect that much. On a good morning I can get 2oz but through the day that decreases to maybe a oz of milk collected by pumping. My baby’s latch is perfect and I experience no pain while she nurses but I can tell she’s still so hungry after nursing so I end up making her a small 1-2oz formula bottle to satisfy her. Or I’ll give her 1-2oz of pre pumped breast milk. I try to nurse as much as I can but I can tell baby gets frustrated when she’s not getting milk and our nursing session usually ends with her hysterically crying and frantically trying to nurse and suck even harder. I don’t want to give up on Brest feeding but I’m not sure how I can increase my milk supply for her..any suggestions?
