TW anxiety preterm labour

I’m 31 weeks and very high risk for preterm labour. After being in hospital for over a week I was discharged with strict instruction to come back if contractions or bleeding start again. Which they did today so I’m back here. The anxiety is so bad with everything going on I feel like I can’t cope. Is anyone else in the same position? Or has been in a similar situation before? How did u do it? Every slight pain and different feeling sends me into a panic attack. My mental healthy is suffering hugely….
