Am I just sexually active or is something wrong?

For the past 7 months I’ve been having issues with my cycle where I don’t start when I’m supposed to. My period will either be late by 3-5days to 2weeks. On the most recent 3 cycles I’ve had I was late and my periods have been sorta heavy the first day and somewhat cramping, these periods will last about 8 days but it’s just spotting hardly any blood I don’t even need a tampon… but as soon as I think I’m off my period usually about day 6 my man and I will have intercourse then during I’ll start bleeding again. So the next couple days it’s spotting again…. Well the period last month started ON TIME and lasted the 8 days with spotting. Now I’m 6 days late and I’ve had some cramping… ALSO I have a history of cysts on my ovaries and a family history where woman in the family can’t have kids(idk if that matters or not just figured I’d add it) I’ve already seen a doctor multiple times about my periods being late and freaking out thinking pregnancy (tests always negative) and not to mention I feel as if I keep getting turned away because I don’t have insurance. And the doctors don’t wanna help me figure out what is wrong…. Anyone ever had this happen before? 😐
