My son just turned 10 months old and he still wont eat like solid food. He will eat purées, even the thicker higher stage ones no problem. He will eat puffs, teething crackers, baby Cheeto things, all the snacks but when it comes to things like egg or soft toast, like the first baby foods he will either refuse it, or try it and gag then refuse to try again. He loves Mac n Cheese purée so I tried introducing small noodles with it and he just sucked around the noodles. I know he can chew because he chews when eating the snacks, I watch how his jaw moves. I don’t know if im doing something wrong but im tired of the purée mess and I don’t want him behind 😬
