Pulse in stomach

Anonymous • I know im not pregnant i mean theres a 1/10 possibility. Waiting in my period now but I’m breastfeeding still a bit so my periods can be irregular. Ive had a rough day as I found out my dog passed away I’ve been crying non stop until I threw up. Now I am laying down and I see a pulse on my stomach…. It looks like a heartbeat. What could it be? Could it be the overstress? Has anyone seen /felt a pulse in their stomach before?
