Herpes on lip??

Does this look like an early herpes outbreak? It come on a few days ago, it feels tingly and almost numb feeling. I've NEVER had a coldsore before but my fiance of 3 years had spots similar on his penis a few weeks ago. I questioned him at the time but figured he caught himself in his zipper or something. My tongue has had spots that are sore and now this. It looks like small blisters irl. This is the best picture I could get. Does this look like herpes? Does this mean he cheated? I can't imagine it'd go undetected for over 3 years. Excuse my chapped lips please.

That is a cold sore. They can lay dormant for years so there’s really no telling when you got it.

Yup hsv1. Aka a cold sore. You can get hsv1 from genitalia. So I’d be having a chat about those penis bumps.

Herpes virus can lay doormat for years, doesn’t necessarily mean your partner has cheated. 
I’d talk to him to see if he’s had an outbreak before. You can’t miss them, they’re incredibly uncomfortable and itchy.

Yes that’s hsv1 and if you have sore spots in your mouth that would be hsv2. The numbing before the outbreak is a strong indication of herpes given it was on his penis you will probably eventually have a genitalia outbreak and will need to get swabbed during active outbreak, I’ve have both and without actively outbreaking my blood tests are always negative but I do have it.
