Breaking a lease of a condo?

We have 1 month left and have a 3 bedroom we can get but they don't want to loose a month. So we can pay both places or just break the lease but still be loosing the deposit. So either way we will be loosing money but atleast it gives us time to move.

Gahhhhh, it’s *lose😆 but if it’s just one month, do whichever is cheaper   If it’s cheaper to break the lease, then do that.  If it’s cheaper to pay the last month, do that.  Are you debating which would be the right choice here?

Check your lease carefully re any penalty besides losing the deposit. If it comes out to be the same money, keep the lease and take your time to move.
