Lansinoh Bags Leaking

Question

Hello, I am currently bottle training and using frozen breast milk and I’m noticing a lot of my bags leak…
I lay the bags down or up in like a bowl/mug and it’s wet.
Anybody else dealing with this?
Anything I can do to save the milk?

hello, disregard the recommendation. i had to add something in order to comment. i’ve never had this issue. how many ounces are you putting in each bag?

I froze thousands of ounces in Lansinoh bags and only had a handful leak. I would let them defrost in a cup or bowl so you can catch any milk that leaks. Once my daughter was older and putting everything in her mouth I wasn’t as concerned and would use that milk to add to her bottles if i caught it in a clean bowl, but that’s a personal choice.

Never had this issue with Lansinoh. Medela leaked like nuts.

Yep. With my first, almost every single one of my bags ripped at the seams. My daycare provider would put the bag in a plastic cup then put that cup in hot water to thaw. It was a pain but it saved my milk. I love the medela ones and have never had an issue with them!
