Will I be a asshole for doing this?

It's almost 12am and i live in apartments every other day the people across from me blare there music outside from 9 to 1 am I mean so loud it wakes me up I'm 5 months pregnant and i don't appreciate being woke up I blare my music to but at 7:00pm it's off and I'm quite after that, mind u, u can't hear mine from the outside of my apartment would I be a ass to noise complain them either by my landlord or cops there's no talking to them as they drunk and I'm out numbered but I can't take this no more.. every time they wake me I have to go and throw up this will go on all weekend to
