So we booked a hotel for one night and they asked for a deposit for any damages or if broken items. So tell me why we gave my son some milk not what he drinks but what we found. Omgg and he threw up 😭😭 like some on the blanket hotel and on the carpet 😭😭 does that mean we won’t be getting our deposit back? Should I tell them?

Was a house keeper fir several hotels if all levels for years. Yes please please PLEASE tell them. You won't be charged for it  but we are required to clean bodily fluids specific ways. If it is missed or we don't know and an inspector finds something we can get large fines. Or if there is a smell a choose keeper doesn't smell (allergies, cold or have a nose full of bleach smell from other rooms) you could get some poor house keeper in a loynof trouble or even fired in some shitty hotel chains if the next guest complained about a smell. Clean as much as you can. Please tell someone and please leave a tip as someone who already has a very shitty job is going have to clean up bio waste from your kid with nothing more than thin gloves and chemicals.
