I have been feeling pressure in my lower pelvic area sitting right on top of my vagina. Like the discomfort and pressure/fullness is literally located on my lower abdomen near my vagina on left side. I have pcos. I did not start feeling the discomfort until about 3-4 weeks ago. I got a pelvic and vagina ultrasound they didn’t find anything. The doctor said it may be an ovarian cyst that wasn’t caught on the ultrasound. Has anyone with pcos or cyst ever felt this??? It’s really annoying not painful but just annoying discomfort pressure. No changes in urine or anything. It was hurting 3-4 weeks ago now it’s just pressure. I have a check up with my gyn on Tuesday.
