I write the date and how many oz are in the bag. I lay mine flat to freeze so you cant tell how much is in them unless you write how much on the bag. 12 months in deep freezer

I always wrote the times but would end up mixing different dates and times when making bottles anyway. But some women try to use milk pumped in the morning in the morning and milk pumped at night at night. Your milk is higher in melatonin at night and has different water and fat contents at different point of the day.
