Fatigue
Ever since I can remember I’ve had low iron but after my daughter I have severe fatigue and I feel like I can’t breath at times I’m always dizzy and weak and idk what to do I go to the doctor she tells me my hemoglobin is fine. But last time I checked my ferritin levels it was at a 8 I don’t think that’s normal especially with the symptoms I feel, my legs feel very heavy too
