No period and all negative tests

I had my last period in July and haven't had one since. I'm 17 days late on a period. I have irregular cycles since I had the depo last year but they usually come by now. I've taken 4 tests and they have been all negative. What could be wrong? Why am I getting negative tests if no period. I'm not too stressed. I have an appointment Thursday the 1st to see what's going on
