I need advice!

We hired this women based on reviews and posts of other “brides” in a Facebook group specific to the resort Im getting married at. After paying this woman for wedding planning and putting the deposit for our room block, she’s been HARD to get ahold of. My brother emailed her the other night about a room and she replied to him immediately.

I haven’t had a good vibe from her since the jump. Tonight I did some sleuthing on the women in this group who swear by her, looked at all their posts, and did reverse image searches. Y’all…… the pics are from Pinterest 😫

This women created fake Facebook profiles and has full on conversations with them in comments like “it’s been so great working with you” “your wedding is going to be epic!” 🤐🤢

My MIL is like… well we will get what we can from her and call her out after and remind her karma is a bitch.

I’m like… I don’t trust this woman at all now. Do we really trust HER with our guests credit card information????

What do I do here? I feel like this should be illegal on her part. I want the money back she’s been paid and to call her out. My MIL wants to stay hush. 🫠
