Tomorrow I'm going to schedule a gynecologist appointment. I'm currently in college and my tuition helps pay for the visit if we go to the clinic on campus.

I have been to the clinic before but for other reasons. This will be my first time going to the gynecologist. Talking about my downstairs area has always been nerve racking for me.

It also doesn't help that I hear horror stories about the gynecologist. Especially when it comes to black woman.

Does anyone have any advice on how to be less anxious?
