Heartburn Remedies??

Have any of you found relief for heartburn? I would normally take some apple cider vinegar, but not sure if that would work. Anyone found a good solution?

I take Pepcid & Nexium… sometimes watermelon helps too!

Pepcid AC has been my go to! I take it everyday and it really helps control the pain.

I moved from Tums to Pepcid and I’m going to ask the doctor for something else. I do have papaya pills that I can try but the heartburn is killing me softly. It feels like no matter what I do.

Vinegar!? 🤢 The thought of that makes me want to hurl!! I use OTC Pepcid and tums.

Just tried papaya yesterday. Not sure if it worked or I just had a good day, but it was recommended to me so I thought I’d try it 😊

Update: I drank some warm water with balsamic vinegar, honey and lemon. Definitely took the edge off for now!
