Place on my gums and dentist says Normal?

I got crowns placed on my front teeth and an eye tooth/canine back in May. The eye tooth/canine crown kept banging against a bottom tooth so my dentist shaved the bottom tooth down so it wouldn’t hit as much. Now it does a little but not like it did. I told her my concern for my gums when it was occurring because it’s like pea sized moveable lump and white, swollen gums as well. She said to her it was likely a type of dental ulcer just caused by the teeth force clanking together and to use a certain type of mouth sore rinse. But I’ve still got pressure especially near my nose/sinuses and the gums are super tender. This is what it looks like

(Those teeth have also had previous root canals)

Editing to add- I know it does look like an ulcer but any ulcers I’ve had before were flat and hurt/burnt. This is just bumpy, moveable, and the surrounding gums are raised and inflamed. Very very tender but doesn’t hurt
