how to get rid of these on breasts

i know these are “normal” but i haven’t always had them and i don’t want them lol. i think these are caused by me shaving my boobs so much as a teen and they won’t away. they are filled with a waxy substance and can be popped but they won’t go away by doing so. i’m not sure what do to do get rid of them. i exfoliate and all that daily.
