Negative blood test missed period

I did a blood test yesterday because I kept getting faint lines on home pregnancy tests while also having symptoms and it was a 1 so negative iam just not sure what to do iam 2 days late I will be testing tomorrow morning to check if the faint line is still there but iam getting very dizzy it’s on and off and it’s killing me I eat and drink plenty of water I will post my tests from yesterday so you guys can see has anyone gone through this?
