Post wash TMC values
Hi all!
We had our fourth IUI today and our post-wash total motile count value was disappointingly low (0.97 M). We’ve had a lot of variation with each sample, but have always been above 6Mil. The weird part is that the pre-wash value was the highest that we’ve ever gotten (67.6 M). Any idea why it would have dropped down so dramatically after the wash?? It just seemed strange, since all the other values were in the normal range.
