Could this be a good sign?

I’ve been having mild period cramps all day. My period isn’t supposed to start for another week. I only have cramping the night before or day of my period. Those cramps are much more intense & I have to take medicine to stop them. I have had lower full back pain most of the day too. I just went to the bathroom & noticed I was pretty bloated and had this discharge too. I’m 7ish DPO. Did anyone else have these symptoms and end up pregnant?
