Soo a little back story last Friday I went in for 1st ultrasound expecting to be 8w3d found out I was only measuring 5 weeks. No sign of baby. So today I went into a free clinic to get another ultrasound and found out there were 2 sacs. Surprise twins!. Well apon looking further sac #1 only has a gestational sac and yolk sac no baby and sac #2 had all that and fetal pole but no heart beat was detected. Both measuring 6w2d. My hcg is 24926. And my progesterone is 6.5. I'm worried. They told me it was possible I will miscarry. Do I still have a chance with 1 or both or am I looking for an impossible miracle. Please be straight with me.
