Just shy of ten weeks and having a miscarriage. Kind of figured I was gonna lose the baby when I had fetal ultrasound last week and the fetal pole was measuring two weeks less than the gestational sack but I was hoping that the dates was just off like she said could be a possibility… Started bleeding yesterday morning when I got up and cramping. By evening it was heavy bleeding and heavy cramping. Lots of blood clots too. I’m sure I’ll pass the sack soon😭. Very sad, angry, depressed and beside myself right now. Third loss in just over a year😭😭. Can’t keep doing this… we’ll give it one more try after this and then I’m done.
