7 DPO strange leg and back cramps with milky CM

I had severe leg cramps yesterday. My abdomen and back felt so much in pain and i also had thick white milk and cloudy looking CM felt like it was comming out as could feel it bubbling out of my v****. Is it a positive sign or just cramps that signal AF? Trying since 2yrs 1 MMC, 2 chemicals
