How can i track ovulation to stop me getting pregnant?

I've come off birth control as it's not relly for me an I've heard people tracking ovulation so that know to not have sex an stuff bit how did i do that ? I haven't even had any symptoms or discharge this month but I feel as it's only my 2nd month coming off the coil my periods are going to be in regular....

I would look into using a BBT thermometer and pair that with ovulation test for the first 3-6 months while using protection up until you know the time span of when you ovulate So you know when to be safe

U need to use ovulation tests & check/track ur basal body temperature every morning at the same time before getting out of bed, with a basal thermometer. In addition to that, u can also look out for physical signs such as egg white-like discharge, pelvic pain/cramps, sore boobs/nipples, etc… but, it’s entirely possible & common to ovulate & never experience those symptoms, so definitely don’t rely on that. And, never solely rely on an app, as it’s just a guess & isn’t always accurate. Look into the book “taking charge of your fertility”.
